Research Support

The QIM Center provides research support to enable advanced analysis of large scale 3D imaging data. We develop and maintain the QIM platform, a high performance environment for processing, visualization, and analysis of volumetric data such as µCT scans. In addition to providing infrastructure, we collaborate with researchers on method development, data analysis, and workflow design. Our goal is to make cutting edge imaging research more accessible, reproducible, and aligned with FAIR and open science principles.
